Introducing the TAC Run Club with Coach Katie Dall

We’re excited to officially launch the TAC Run Club, a unique opportunity for our members to step up their running game under the expert guidance of coach Katie Dall. Whether you’re aiming to improve your speed, perfect your technique, or increase your endurance, we’ve got you covered with a run club that caters to all fitness levels and running goals.


Meet Coach Katie


Katie Dall is no stranger to the Teneriffe community. A local resident for over 14 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to everything she does. With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Katie’s coaching expertise is unparalleled. She’s an accomplished athlete with significant achievements in natural bodybuilding, triathlons, road and trail running, and ultra-running. Her energy and enthusiasm for running are contagious, and we’re excited to bring her on board to lead the TAC Run Club.

Katie’s approach to coaching isn’t just about fitness – it’s about creating a balanced lifestyle. Her programs are designed to help you achieve your running goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Katie is also deeply committed to giving back to her community, working closely with both local and international charities, using her platform to raise funds and awareness for men's and women's health, domestic violence, and disadvantaged children.



What You Can Expect from the TAC Run Club

Our TAC Run Club is structured to meet the needs of all runners, regardless of experience. With two regular coached sessions each week, you’ll have the opportunity to work on different aspects of your running:

  • Technique & Speed Sessions (Tuesdays at 5am): This session is designed to enhance your running technique and speed. Held outdoors, they are structured in four-week blocks that focus on specific areas of running: Hill Strength, Distance-Based Intervals, and Time-Based Intervals (Fartlek). Whether you're looking to sharpen your form or improve your pace, this is the perfect opportunity to take your running to the next level.

  • Endurance Sessions (Wednesdays at 5am): For those looking to build stamina, our endurance sessions are the perfect fit. These 60-minute sessions will increase your weekly mileage while exploring beautiful river routes. You’ll run alongside a group of like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about improving their fitness and enjoying the run.
